Google Ads costs consist of two parts: your ad spend (what you pay Google per click) and our management fee. Ad spend varies widely by industry — highly competitive sectors like legal or financial services can have a cost-per-click of R50 or more, while home services or local businesses might pay R5–R20 per click. We recommend a minimum ad spend of R5,000 per month to generate enough data to optimise effectively. Our management fees start at R4,500 per month.
Google Ads can generate leads within days of going live — unlike SEO which takes months. However, the first 4–8 weeks are a learning phase where Google's algorithms are gathering data and we are making optimisations based on early results. Most clients start seeing consistent lead flow by month 2, with performance improving significantly as the account matures and accumulates conversion data.
Yes — you need somewhere to send the people who click your ads. A dedicated landing page purpose-built for conversion typically performs significantly better than sending traffic to a general homepage. We offer landing page design and build as a standalone service, and we always review your landing page as part of onboarding to identify any issues that could hurt conversion rates.
You do — always. We manage your account on your behalf using our Manager Account (MCC). If you ever leave LeadArt Digital, you keep your Google Ads account, your campaign history, your keywords, your conversion data — everything. We will never hold your account hostage or make it difficult to take it elsewhere.
Absolutely. We regularly take over existing accounts — often after a business has been running campaigns themselves or with a previous agency that wasn't delivering results. We start with a full account audit to document what is working and what isn't, then present our findings before making any changes. If you want an audit of your existing account before committing to anything, we offer that as a standalone service from R2,000.
We ask for three months. This is not a lock-in — it is the minimum time needed for Google's algorithms to gather enough conversion data to optimise properly and for us to demonstrate real results. Short-term engagements don't produce meaningful outcomes for anyone. After three months, we work month-to-month and you can cancel with 30 days' notice.
Every client receives a monthly performance report delivered by the 5th of the following month. Growth tier clients and above also get a live Looker Studio dashboard they can check any time. Reports cover total leads generated, cost per lead, total ad spend, month-on-month comparison, what changes we made during the month, and what we plan to do next. We write in plain English — no jargon, no irrelevant metrics.
