Do I need a minimum ad budget?
Yes — we require a minimum of R5,000/mo in ad spend for paid ads management. Below that there's not enough data to optimise effectively. SEO and web services have no minimum ad budget requirement.
Who owns my ad accounts and website?
You do. Always. We manage your accounts on your behalf. If you leave, you keep your accounts, data, audiences, and website — everything. No lock-in.
Does my ad spend go through LeadArt?
No. Your ad spend is paid directly from your card or account to Google and Meta. Our management fee is charged separately. We never touch your ad budget.
How long before I see results?
Paid ads typically show results within 2–4 weeks. SEO takes 3–6 months for meaningful movement. Websites go live within 10–20 days. We set realistic expectations for every service upfront.
What's the minimum contract length?
3 months across all retainer services. This gives us enough time to build, test, and optimise properly. Short-term contracts don't produce meaningful results for anyone.
Do you work with businesses outside Pretoria?
Yes — we work with businesses across South Africa. All work is delivered remotely. Location is no barrier for any of our services.
Can I combine multiple services?
