We never use testimonials or before-and-after imagery where restricted, and we avoid superlative claims about outcomes.
Google Ads can generate enquiries within days of going live — it targets people actively searching for your services right now. Meta Ads typically take 2–4 weeks to optimise as the algorithm learns your audience. The first 4–8 weeks is a learning phase for both channels. Most practices start seeing consistent new patient enquiries by the end of month two, with performance improving steadily from there.
It depends on your specialty, location, and how competitive your market is. As a general guide, a GP practice in Pretoria might start with R5,000–R10,000 per month in ad spend, while a specialist in a competitive field might need R15,000–R30,000 to see meaningful results. Our management fees start at R4,500 per month. We will give you a specific budget recommendation during your discovery call based on your exact situation.
We review your existing website as part of onboarding. If it loads fast, works on mobile, and has clear calls-to-action, we can often use it as-is. If it is likely to convert poorly, we will tell you honestly — and offer to build a dedicated conversion-focused landing page for your Google Ads traffic. A poor landing page wastes the budget you spend on ads, so it is always worth addressing.
Absolutely. Both Google Ads and Meta Ads allow highly specific geographic targeting — down to a radius around your practice address if needed. If you only want to attract patients within 10km of your rooms in Sandton, we target only that area. If you draw patients from across Gauteng, we can cover the whole province. We ask for three months. Not as a lock-in, but because digital marketing for medical practices needs time to generate meaningful data and results. Google’s algorithm takes 4–6 weeks to learn, and you need at least 8–12 weeks of data to understand what is working. After three months we work month-to-month with 30 days’ notice to cancel. No long-term contracts.
